Today’s Verse June 19 –Proverbs 15:1 KJV
“To calm down an angry person, be gentle. To deal with an evil person, show goodness. Confront a miser with generosity, and counter a liar with the truth.”

Too many people are angry in this world. Many people are confused and desperate for solutions. People are confused because the Spirit of God has been removed from them.
King soul suffered confusion when the Spirit of God was removed from Him. It required a young man, David, filled with the Spirit of God, to play instruments to calm him down.
You, who are filled with the Holy Spirit, do not join their confused state. Calm them down by giving them the word of God and playing worship and praise songs. It will sooth their hearts and find solace in the power of God.
May God be with you as you do your part in calming down people in the world. May God be with you as you win souls for Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen

Today’s Verse June 18 –Joshua 1:7-8 KJV
Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Joshua 1:7-8 KJV
Life is never easy. It can not be understood by a simple human being. The pain of life can be very discouraging sometimes. I have come to learn that you have to have a source of strength on a daily basis to navigate through the rigors of life. I chose God since I was young. His word gives me such strength than I can imagine.
God says, obey the commandments in His law, obey His instructions found in His word, obey His word. Do not look to the left or to the right for you to reap the spiritual benefits that comes from the word. Now we understand that the physical were made by the spiritual and not by the physical. Therefore the spiritual is more more important to our existence than the physical. Read Hebrew chapter 11. It is the spirit that gives life, the flesh profits nothing (John 6:63). I pray that your spirit should be quickened, in the name of Jesus.
When you are filled with the word of God, you become stronger. Your spirit is free, you don’t feel afraid, you feel the closeness of God. God is saying, be strong and courageous. The walk of life, is a walk of challenges. God on your side will see you through.
Say aloud the following wherever you are.
LORD, make me strong and courageous, in Jesus precious name. Amen

Today’s Verse June 17 –Mark 12:24 KJV
And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God. Mark 12:24 KJV
Jesus told the sadducees that you are greatly mistaken. In other words, Jesus told them that your doctrine is wrong. Now this, He told them that you have an error in yourself because of two major things:
- You do not know scripture. You see, people who do not attend sound teaching and also do not read they will always have error in their view of matters. The unfortunate part is that these people are too argumentative and always want to express an opinion on things they do not have enough understanding. They want to give advice on things they do not have knowledge of. In Proverbs 4, it says: get understanding, get wisdom, and in all thy getting, get understanding. People of understanding will know when to comment, when to ask a question, and when to stay. When you are able to do this, you will become a very wise person.
- You do not know the power of God. This is a tragedy most people are in. You must avoid it.
One of the most important things you should strive to know in your life is the power of God. It brings distinction in life, just as it did with the Israelites in Egypt.
People who do not know the power of God ask unnecessary questions and bring doubt where faith must prevail. The power of God does not require explanation. The power of God is not subject to anyone. It does not require facts or being proven by man’s dogmas. A man of faith will always know the doings of God because the Spirit of God is in him. Carnal people ask irrelevant questions and argue unnecessarily.
May you get wisdom today and all in your getting, get understanding.
These sadducees were carnal people wanting to do God’s work. Do not be part of them. Of such, run away.

Today’s Devotion-June 16-Mark 9:50 KJV
Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another. Mark 9:50 KJV
Hallelujah. Powerful scripture there.
Salt represents the sweetness of fellowship in the Holy Spirit among brethren. The brotherhood and unity in God. The goodness and pleasantly of being together in unity in Christ Jesus.
For this to happen there must be one mindedness, there must be one goal, there must be prayer, there must be dividing of the word, there must be one faith and everyone must be hardworking like Jesus and participate positively.
And then there must be avoidance of faul language, avoid insults, avoid cursing, avoid, thinking bad about one another, avoid thinking that you are superior to others, avoid gossip, avoid back biting, avoid immorality, avoid drunkenness, avoid dissing one another and anything of such.
Jesus says: have salt among yourselves, and be at peace with each other.
To be at peace with each other, each of you must train himself to be tolerant, to hold your emotions, to think positively of one another, to persevere and overlook certain small mistakes and love one another, care and help one another where possible.
Lastly, be a salt each one of you so that your friend can come get seasoned from you by learning from you.

Today’s Verse June 13 – Mark 6:26-29 KJV
‘And the king was exceeding sorry; yet for his oath’s sake, and for their sakes which sat with him, he would not reject her.And immediately the king sent an executioner, and commanded his head to be brought: and he went and beheaded him in the prison,And brought his head in a charger, and gave it to the damsel: and the damsel gave it to her mother.And when his disciples heard of it, they came and took up his corpse, and laid it in a tomb’. Mark 6:26-29 KJV
In the moments that you are too excited, be careful of what you say and what you promise. Excitement without the direction of the Holy Spirit can be very costly.
Excitement without thinking through a matter can bring you sorrow. Always think through a matter before you say it. If you do not have much time and they want you to say something within a second and you are excited, say, “Let me come back to you.” Do not be pressured by a moment and circumstances.
Also, you must always look at the people you are giving an open cheque to. If you give an open cheque to the child of the devil, she will write the head of John the Baptist on it. She will demand those things you revere for your fear of God. Be mindful of whom you open your cheque to. They might destroy you.
King Herold lamented his error in judgment. But it was too late. It was an oath, and many witnesses were there. The king was bound by great a multitude of witnesses who were there hearing his promise. While he did not consult his advisers before making his promise, she went and consulted her mother, who told her to go and write the name of John the Baptist on the open cheque. John the Baptist was the only person who was helping Herold to fear God, and Herodias hated him. You can not open the cheque to daughters and sons of the devil. They will take you out of the Holy place. Be careful and exercise wise judgments as you continually consult with the Holy Spirit for guidance in all things. In the multitude of counselors, there is safety.

Today’s Verse June 12 – Colossians 1:10
That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. Colossians 1:10.
Hallelujah. Powerful scripture there.
God desires us to live a powerful life and to be fruitful in this wirld. As such, He gave us His word so that we can have full knowledge on how to overcome difficult circumstances. Before Adam sinned, God gave him a word of instructions. Even after the fall, God has never stopped to give man a word of instruction and even sent His Son to die for us.
For you to walk worthy of the Lord and pleasing you need to load yourself with the word of God which will instruct you on how you can handle every situation you encounter and overcome every fiery darts of the wicked.
Be devoted to the word of God by reading the word of God and listening to preachings and teachings. Spend time in meditation on the word of God.
I pray that you stay in the word of God today and that you live a life pleasing unto God. May God cause you to be fruitful in this world, in Jesus’ precious name, amen.

Today’s Verse June 11 – Numbers 16:21
Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment. Numbers 16:21
When you fear God, you separate yourself from the wicked. You stand on the side of God. Even if the wicked look powerful, strong, and influential, they never win battles against the righteous. God is the defender of the righteous.
Once God is with you, the protection of your enemies leaves them – numbers 14:9. Everything in this world listens to the instructions of God, whether it be money, spirits, or strongholds. They all bow before God. The key then is for you to be with God in all your dealings, and you shall overcome.
The world and they who dwell in it are of the Lord. God founded the world and established it. God is the defender of His children, He shall never leave us nor forsake us.
Today, be strengthened that you belong in the household of faith. In the house of God. Do not depart from it, but be separated and dwell in the house of the living.
May you separate yourself from the enemies of the truth and connect yourself to God.
May God defeat all your enemies as they approach you today. May you not struggle to understand the word of God today.

Today’s Verse June 10 – Numbers 12:14-16
“And the Lord said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that, let her be received in again.And Miriam was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again.And afterward the people moved from Hazeroth, and pitched in the wilderness of Paran.” Numbers 12:14-16
Delay in life is not pleasant, especially if it is for foolishness. Avoid people who like to cause delay. Every minute in life counts.
Some people cause delay in the progress of life because they think they are something which they are not. It’s very important to know what God is doing to people you are with so that you properly position yourself within the framework God is unveiling in your midst.
Miriam caused delay for the Israelites for seven days because she began putting herself in Moses’s shoes, which she could not fit in at all. This angered God, and she was confined outside the community of people of Israel for seven days, and everybody had to wait for her. This unnecessarily delayed progress in the camp. Seven days unproductiveness is a big loss of huge fortune in life. Time is of great essence in the world.
Humbleness is very important to avoid unnecessary delays. When you are humble, God will lift you up. Don’t be spiritually proud. Be humble in the sight of God, and He will lift you up. If you are not humble, God will show you what He did to Mirriam for being arrogant to Moses.
May you learn to be humble today. May you not struggle to understand the word of God today.

He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. Proverbs 29:1 KJV
Hallelujah. Powerful scripture there for us to learn something from it.
Now, listen somebody. Success in this world is hidden in getting a lot of advice. Life is a product of many facets. It is not done by one dimension. You therefore need to be open to receiving much advice for you to know many things which affect your life.
Some advice will come in the form of rebuke. Do not despise it, for the Bible says, “whom the Lord loves, He chastises. Rebuke can bring in your life great advice, which draws your full attention to correct your path. Do not allow your ego to make you miss out on great advice that will improve your life. Keep an open learning heart in you and get as much advice as you

Today’s Verse June 06 –Luke 10:19
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19
Jesus came to give life and power to the Children of God. In Mathew 28:20 He talks about Him getting the power, and then He delegates the power to the sent. In John 1:12, the Bible tells of the power given to them who are Children of God. Power has a reason for being given.
As a child of God, born again, Holy Spirit filled, God has given you power over every dark forces to overcome and trample over them. What remains on you is to walk in the Will of God. The Will of God is found in the scriptures documented in the Bible.
Just like for Jesus to go on the cross and save us, He walked in the Will of God. So there is no darkness in you. You have overcome the world. Read the Bible and walk in the Will of God.
May you have an understanding of the word of God today. May you know that you have overcome. In the name of Jesus.

Today’s Verse June 05 –Hebrews 12:2
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
Hallelujah. Praise God. We need to learn to concentrate on the joy that is set before us. Every one of us has a joy set before us. The key in this world is to concentrate on the joy that is set
When you concentrate too much on your pain, you fail to see a way out. Always keep moving forward regardless of how painful it might be. The pain you have today is of that level. When you get to the next level, that level will bring its own pain. The secret is not to pay attention to the pain but to pay attention to finding solutions and celebrate your solutions like nobody’s business.
Jesus rebuked Peter when Peter tried to stop Him from going to the cross. On the cross, everybody deserted Jesus. Instead of concentrating on those who left him, Jesus was looking at the joy that was set before Him, He endured the cross. The word endured here means that He was feeling the pain, but He ignored its power and filled Himself with the power of the joy that was before Him.
May you fix your eyes unto Jesus today. May you endure your pain and tap in the joy of the solutions you are finding. In the name of Jesus.

Today’s Verse June 04 – Numbers 6:27
And they shall put My name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them. Numbers 6:27
Hallelujah. This is powerful. To be associated with the name of God is the biggest blessing one can have.
God wants us to be writing His name on us and our children. What a blessing.
The name of the Lord is our stronghold, the righteous run unto it, and they are safe. God’s name brings blessings upon us. It brings health to us, and it brings vitality to our lives.
We are glad and happy to be associated with the name of God. The Holy Spirit inscripts the name of the Lord on us, and we leave in the peace of God.
How do we write the name of the Lord on us and our children? By confessing Jesus as Lord and Saviour and accepting Him in our lives. By constant prayers to remain in the presence of God and by regularly attending church and reading the word of God.
May you desire the name of the Lord upon you, all the days of your life, and you shall live. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.

Today’s Verse June 03—Philippians 4:19
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
Hallelujah. This verse contains one of the great promises which God made to His children and servants to give us assurance of His care for our earthly needs.
We are children of God, and He is our heavenly Father. We activate His promises by believing in Him. We believe that God shall supply us our needs in Christ Jesus, for God who promises is also able to fulfill His promises.
We shall supernaturally and divinely receive from the Father in heaven. God is our shepherd, and we are sheep of His pasture. We shall do well, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
The love of God does not only end on Him delivering us from eternal death and giving us eternal life, but also by supernaturally and divinely supplying our need so as to put our life on the right path.
May God be with you as you trust in His word and take time to praise Him for His goodness in your life, in Jesus name, amen.

Today’s Verse June 02—Numbers 1:50
But thou shalt appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle. Numbers 1:50
God always cares for His work above all things and always wants His work to be done with excellence. God always appoints people who should take care of His work. Are you one of them.
God commanded that the Levites should take care of the tabernacle and its furnishings. If you look at the number of men who were responsible for doing this, they were not less than 30,000. Imagine how clean and smart the tabernacle and its surroundings will look like. A church requires a lot of us to be involved to ensure that the church is in excellent condition. Let’s as many as we can be involved in working in the church.
God put over 30,000 people to be taking care of the tabernacle. This is what we call great strategy. Ensuring everything is flowing.
May you tap in the spirit of excellence today. May you ensure that everything in life is flowing. May you not neglect the work of God today. In the name of Jesus. Amen

Today’s Verse May 30—Leviticus 25:20-21 KJV
“And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.”
Hallelujah. God shall command His blessing upon us to cover us and to take care of our need. It is well in Christ Jesus. Amen.
May be today you are asking yourself many questions as to how you will survive in this world, or how you will deal with such a problem you have, or you are asking yourself how you are going to feed those children, am here today to tell you that God is going to send you such a blessing upon your life to settle matters for you. The Lord is going to improve your situation. Just stand upon His word and start confessing it in your life.
Our God is a God who supplies all our need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. He shall never leave His children, neither shall He forsake them. He hears your cry in prayer and by awesome deeds, He shall answer us.
May God answer your prayers today with His awesome deeds. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. May you not die but live to proclaim His holy name in this world.
Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray today that You reach out to Your son, to your daughter, and intervene in their issues. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, amen.

Today’s Verse May 29 —1 Timothy 4:15-16 KJV
“Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.”
When you become born again, you are encouraged to give yourself wholly to the new that you have received from the Lord. The new that keeps you in the presence of God. Why must you continue:
- To save thyself
- To save those who hear you as you talk about the word of God.
You see, in this scriptures, you are being taught to persevere in the faith in your believing in God. To grow in the faith and in the understanding of the word of God, patience and perseverance are key. These two will keep you going even when you don’t feel so good.
To accomplish a great goal that is of a worthy ideal, patience and perseverance are key. You don’t become born again one day, and then the other day you are not. You have to make the decision for a lifetime. It’s a continuance process.
Keep in these things and give thyself wholly to them so that you can save yourself and them who hear you.
May God give you wisdom and understanding. In all your getting, get understanding.

Today’s Verse May 28 —Leviticus 11:45
“For I am the Lord that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.”
Hallelujah. Glory to God most high. God will bring you out of your Egypt, for He is your God, and you are His child, if you do His will. All people in the world are God’s people because they are all created in the image of God. But not all people are children of God. Not all people are Israel. Not all people are in the spiritual Israel. To so you must be born again.
The purpose of you becoming born again is that God should be your God, God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and that you should become a child of God with full privileges of sonship or daughter. The evidence of God’s requirement upon a person to take the spiritual transformation process of born again is everywhere in the Bible and in the experiences of His servants in this world. I urge you to take this process very seriously in your life. It will save your soul both in this present age (world) and in the age (eternal life) to come.
Suppose you are already born again, be happy that you are a child of God, and that He is your Father. Do not allow the lusts of this world to deceive you. Hold on to your salvation and hold on to your faith in God. Do not allow the temporary pain of this world to move you out of believing in God. The permanent that is coming is far much better than this present world. Keep moving, keep believing, and keep your faith in Christ Jesus.
May you not struggle to understand the word of God in this moment. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen

Today’s Verse May 27 —1 Corinthians 4:7 KJV
“For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?”
Hallelujah. Glory to our Father, the God of our Lord, Jesus Chris.
In this life, we are different people. Others are very intelligent while others are not. Others are very wise, while others are not. Others are very rich, while others are not. Others live in rich countries, while others are not. Those who have it must be thankful to God Who has given them. If you have God’s blessings, the glory is of God, and you must be thankful. God has made us different from one another.
If you perceive yourself to have something in life, be grateful to God. You received it from Him. It is not of your intelligence or cleverness. God has given you. Consider yourself favorably graced, not deserving.
The mercies of God are without repentance. He is the author and finisher of our living. We must be grateful to Him for the provisions and abilities He gives to each one of us to be able to generate and make things happen.
May you learn to be grateful to God today. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.

Today’s Verse May 26 —Leviticus 3:9
“From the fellowship offering, you are to bring a food offering to the Lord.”
Hallelujah. Glory to God in the highest. Amen
You see, where God is concerned, He wants us to give different types of offerings which will enable us as a group of people wherever we are and as a ministry to operate and function effectively in the presence of God. Offerings help the church to have the necessities for the gathering and preaching the word of God.
A church from time to time is supposed to be breaking bread and eating together. As such, God wants us in the church to be offering food offerings and fellowship offerings. These help to glue the church together and strengthen relationships.
May you have fellowship offering, and may you have food offering in your midst. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Today’s Verse May 23 —Philippians 1:6
“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ”
Hallelujah. Powerful scripture there. Glory to God for He shall accomplish the good work He begun in our life. We have a God Who starts a good work and does not just start it, but also finishes the work in us. We are His work and we are not impossible for Him. God will deliver in you, amen.
From the day you accepted Jesus, as Lord and Saviour of your life, God begun a good work in you. Be anxious for nothing, for God is with you. He (God) is going to complete the work He begun in you.
Your job is to only believe in Him and follow His instructions. Work on your faith, your heart, and your mentality. Put your head straight. Don’t give up on your walk with Christ. God is faithful, He will make you succeed on your way.
Trust in the Lord, let your desires be made known to Him, and He shall give you success. Keep reading the word of God. Keep praying, and keep working hard.

Today’s Verse May 22 —Psalms 35:27
“Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”
Hallelujah. The Lord has pleasure in your prosperity. Nothing else. God wants you to do well in your life.
Do not think in a foolish way that being born again means God wants you to suffer. No. God wants you to enjoy life in a godly way. In a way that respects God. God wants you to have a powerful life on earth and enter heaven. He created you so that you can enjoy His creation and glorify His holy name. Do not let the devil deceive you that God wants you to suffer. God is a loving Father Who wants the best for His children. His agenda is to prosper you (Jer 29:11).
Therefore, as you leave your home every day going for your daily endeavors, believe that God wants you to do well in life and to worship Him with a true heart. As, keep praying, keep believing, keep the faith, and keep working hard. He is a good God. He will take you through to His pasture. He will make you stay beside the still waters. And His goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of your life, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen

Today’s Verse May 21 —Ephesians 6:8
“Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.”
Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown merciful. To be merciful, you have to deliberately develop that character. It does not just come on its own. You have to decide to be a merciful person. Now, when you are merciful, you do not do merce things to people depending on the times and how you feel. You become merciful in all seasons. It becomes a nature in you.
To do good to all men in all seasons, you have to deliberately develop the good nature in you. When you have the good nature in you, you will do it whether you are free or under bondage. The starting point of you developing a good nature in you is to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. This will cause the Spirit of God to come upon you.
So, whether you are under compulsion or of your own free will, do a good thing. Whether you are being forced or willing, God sees your heart and motive of what you are doing. Do a good thing, for God is the rewarder. He will reward you for your good work.
May God reward you for your good work today. May you not struggle to understand the word of God in this moment. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.

Today’s Verse May 20 —Psalms 122:7
Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
Hallelujah. Peace is desirable because it makes life beautiful and causes inner joy.
- Peace within thy walls. A house full of trouble and quarrels makes the spirit man within unsettled. It disrupts thinking and constructive idea generation. God desires that we live in peace as people.
- Prosperity within thy palaces. When there is prosperity in the home, there is execution and implementation of great ideas, which leads to progress. God wants us to be progressive people so that we can dominate and subdue as children of God.
To have both peace and prosperity, it requires you doing your part, and God will deliver it to you. The scripture in Luke 6:38 says: Give, and it shall be given back to you. This means that you need to do your part so that it can be fulfilled. Your part to deliver prosperity involves you working hard and using your head in thinking smart. While your part in peace involves you spending time in prayer, reading the Bible, and fellowship with believers. Once you do this, God will do His part.

Your soul and body have a great impact on your spirit man. What you store in your head impacts your spiritual life.
For you to see the move and power of God, your spirit man must be in proper state. The spirit man must be fed the right spiritual materials needed. It is paramount to pay attention to what you feed your body through sight and hearing so that you ensure you have the right spiritual food.
Make your mind pure, and then you will see God in your life. Pay attention to His word, and then you will experience His mighty power.

Today’s Verse May 16 —Mark 6:26-29
“And the king was exceeding sorry; yet for his oath’s sake, and for their sakes which sat with him, he would not reject her. And immediately the king sent an executioner, and commanded his head to be brought: and he went and beheaded him in the prison, And brought his head in a charger, and gave it to the damsel: and the damsel gave it to her mother. And when his disciples heard of it, they came and took up his corpse, and laid it in a tomb.”
In the moments that you are too excited, be careful of what you say and what you promise. Excitement without the direction of the Holy Spirit can be very costly.
Excitement without thinking through a matter can bring you sorrow. Always think through a matter before you say it. If you do not have much time and they want you to say something within a second and you are excited, say, “Let me come back to you.” Do not be pressured by a moment and circumstances.
Also, you must always look at the people you are giving an open cheque to. If you give an open cheque to the child of the devil, she will write the head of John the Baptist on it. She will demand those things you revere for your fear of God. Be mindful of whom you open your cheque to. They might destroy you.
King Herold lamented his error in judgment. But it was too late. It was an oath, and many witnesses were there. The king was bound by great a multitude of witnesses who were there hearing his promise. While he did not consult his advisers before making his promise, she went and consulted her mother, who told her to go and write the name of John the Baptist on the open cheque. John the Baptist was the only person who was helping Herold to fear God, and Herodias hated him. You can not open the cheque to daughters and sons of the devil. They will take you out of the Holy place. Be careful and exercise wise judgments as you continually consult with the Holy Spirit for guidance in all things. In the multitude of counselors, there is safety.

Today’s Verse May 15 —Exodus 33:16 – 17
“For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? is it not in that thou goest with us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth. And the Lord said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.”
When God’s presence is upon your life, it will distinguish you among the people. That’s why it is important to seek God’s grace upon your life.
God said to Moses, “you have found grace in My sight.” This made all the difference for Moses. Moses went on to succeed in many things and many areas of his life because of God’s presence upon him. You see, one of the success factors you must always seek in your life is the presence of God. This is so important that you do not need to relax on it. Every day of your life, you ought to seek His presence.
In Mathew 6:33, the Bible says: seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. You see, the things you consider success shall easily come to you when God’s presence is upon you. As such, like Moses, we all ought to always prioritize God’s presence upon our life.
Moses sought God’s presence to be with them on their journey. He made God’s presence his priority in his endeavor, and God gave him His presence.
When your mouth is filled with the name of Jesus, you will be different. You will have the presence of God upon your life.
May God grant you His presence in the midst of all people surrounding you. May your lips continuously bless the Lord. In Jesus’ precious name, amen.

Today’s Verse May 14 —Hebrews 4:13
“Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.”
We are like a computer. We keep and store things in us. But to the owner (who is God), we are open. When you keep and store things in the computer, you usually know where you have kept and stored it. Your computer is open to you. When a virus gets in, you are able to detect it. So are we to God. We are an open computer we can not hide anything. He sees us inside out.
Our worship is unto God. Our service is unto God. We are supposed to serve God and not man. So whether in the presence of man or not, our level of reverence and commitment to God and the things of God must not diminish but increase every time, for God sees everything and everywhere.
To God, we are an open page, an open book, and an open computer. He knows our pain, and He knows even our deep secrets. Let’s always be honest with ourselves and with God. That will take away all the confusion you may face.
May you fear God and serve Him with your whole heart. May you not struggle to understand the word of God in this moment. In the precious name of Jesus.

Today’s Verse May 13 —Hebrews 12:2
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
When you concentrate too much on your pain, you fail to see a way out. Always keep moving forward regardless of how painful it might be. Many people have failed to progress in life because of concentrating on the pain they have. The children of Israel stayed in the desert because they allowed pain to get to their head instead of the joy of what God was doing in their life.
The pain you have today is of that level you are at today. When you get to the next level, it will bring its own pain which must be endured and managed at that level. The secret is not to pay attention to the pain but to pay attention to finding solutions and celebrate your solutions like nobody’s business.
Jesus rebuked Peter when Peter tried to stop Him from going to the cross. On the cross, everybody deserted Jesus. Instead of concentrating on those who left him, Jesus was looking at the joy that was set before Him, He endured the cross. The word endured here means that He was feeling the pain, but He ignored its power and filled Himself with the power of the joy that was set before Him. God has set joy before you. Endure your pain and reach out to the joy before you, in the name of Jesus.
May you fix your eyes unto Jesus today. May you endure your pain and tap in the joy of the solutions you are finding. In the name of Jesus.

Today’s Verse May 12 — Exodus 23:1
“Do not spread false reports. Do not help a wicked man by being a malicious witness.”
You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood. His own person. Let your mouth be seasoned with grace, and not gossip and insults. Your mouth should help to mend the broken hearted and loosing the chained.
When you tie your mouth from useless talk, God will use it to bring value in the world. You will create a proper brand for yourself.
Life and death is in the power of the tongue and you shall eat the fruit of your tongue. You need to be mindful of what you say. Learn to know when to speak and when to stay silent.
If you use your mouth to spread false rumors and fake news, you may end up destroying someone for ever. You may shutter someone’s life. You may ruin someone’s life and cause those to lose self confidence and self esteem. This is evil before God.
But, if you use your mouth graciously, you may build up someone’s life and cause them to glorify God with their life. This is worthy of God’s reward for your life.
May you use your mouth to save lives for Christ. May you not struggle to understand the word of God in this moment. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Today’s Verse May 9 — Psalm 34:5
“Those who look to God are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.”
Hallelujah. Our God is powerful. He makes us shine even in the deep of darkness. We come out strong.
Listen. The word of God is telling you that you should look up to Him, and two things shall happen to you in your life:
1. You shall be radiant. That is, you shall be shining. You shall not be deemed. You will provide direction to others. God is radiant radiant, and He makes those who look up to Him radiant. How do you look up to God to create a radiant face in your life?
– Spending time in prayer. Prayer connects you to God. It helps you to fellowship with God in the Holy Spirit.
– By reading the word of God. The more you read the word, the more it begins to shape you from the inside, and the Holy Spirit dwells with you.
– Being in the house of God, which is the church. The church is the ordained place for God’s presence.
– By sending time with the people of God and the servants of God who can mentor you.
2. Your face shall never be covered in shame. When you have God on your side, He shall take away your shame, and He will strengthen you. God shall cover you, for Jesus has taken your shame.
May God make your face radiant. May God take away your shame. And may you not struggle to understand the word of God today, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Today’s Verse May 8 — Job 17:9
“Nevertheless, the righteous will hold to their ways, and those with clean hands will grow stronger.”
When you are righteous you move on with the work of God. You work harder than before, and God makes you stronger. You do valiantly in God. The Lord supplies you with strength and leads you into the path of righteousness.
Job was heavily discouraged by friends and even his wife. But he never let his righteousness be overtaken by evil counsel. He kept on believing in God and trusted in God without losing heart. Yes, it was painful. Very painful and discouraging. But Job knew that his Redeemer lives, and in the end, God redeemed him. And God’s counsel shall prevail no matter what. Evil shall never prevail over righteousness.
Am here to tell you today that you should not lose heart. Keep on doing the work of God. Keep on moving. Keep on winning. And keep on trusting in God. It is well with you.
May God strengthen you to make you stronger in His work.

Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. God makes everything beautiful in its own time. Everything in this world has a season. And when its season has come, God makes its purpose be seen.
You need to understand the seasons of life. Both the nature seasons and your life seasons.
God will allow your seasons to happen because He is a God of seasons.
In all seasons worship Him for all things works together for your good. In all seasons, love God. Do not be shaken because it hurts, and do not leave his presence because you have abundance or you have now acquired enough skills and knowledge and start feeling that you do not need God. In all things, thank God and in all things love God. Be dependent on God and work hard.

And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.”
Life is a formula of our perception and reactions. If you don’t position yourself to see the good that the Lord is bringing to you, you will only end up seeing the bad that is coming your way.
Do not wait for things to get easier or much better for you to enjoy the goodness of God. It will only complicate your position and cause you pain. Celebrate the goodness of God and appreciate life, even in small small blessings. Appreciate the people God has put in your life and be grateful for their company.
You have limited time on earth. Use it to enjoy the gift of life and be thankful to God.

We are created in the image of God, and one of our nature is to say. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Our tongue has a great influence on our lives.
Sometimes, you need to just lock yourself in your bedroom and begin to say. You should be praying and saying in prayer. God will hear you.
It’s time to rise up and begin saying in prayer and not crying and complaining. Life does not respond positively to crying and complaining. It only adds more sorrow. Life responds positively to life if you are saying things of confidence in the Lord.
May you say something important in prayer today. May you not struggle to understand the word of God today.

Many are the times as people we focus on things that have disappointed us or on things that are negative. The problem is that such things usually multiply our pain and bad emotions, which does not help matter.
If we are to reap great dividends of benefits from our leaders and mentors, we need to learn to celebrate their strengths and ignore their weaknesses.
Therefore, let’s put our mind to better use. Let’s not focus on how limited we are as people in terms of resources but how limitless we are in terms of wisdom and imagination to create. And the God of our Lord Jesus shall guide us in all spiritual truth and in life triumphs.

Joshua said to all the people, “This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: ‘Long ago your forefathers, including Terah the father of Abraham and Nahor, lived beyond the River and worshiped other gods. But I took your father Abraham from the land beyond the River and led him throughout Canaan and gave him many descendants. I gave him Isaac.”
God has chosen you. He wants you to serve Him with a true heart. Your ancestors worshipped idles, but you have an opportunity to worship the true God. By you coming to the knowledge of the truth is a clear indication that God wants you to serve Him.
Serving God is the best thing that you can do in this world. It has an eternal element for everyone. Do not harden your heart. Don’t walk in your ancestors ignorance.
May God open your eyes of understanding today so that you may know Him and Jesus Christ His only begotten Son. May you not struggle to understand the word of God in this moment. Amen

Today’s Verse April 28 — Exodus 5:1
Afterward Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and said, “This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: ‘Let my people go, so that they may hold a festival to me in the desert.”
Pharaoh was a powerful and fearsome ruler. People used to fear him. It took God to convince Moses by miracles and strong directive words for Moses to go.
But once Moses was convinced, he never backed at what he was sent to do. Immediately, he got into Egypt. After meeting the elders of Israel, Moses went ahead to meet Pharaoh and conveyed the message.
The message had three main things in it: 1. The sender – God of Israel 2. What should be done – Let my people go 3. Purpose – they are to hold a festival.
When God sends you, He will tell you to who, when, what, and why. When you are going, once you start off, keep moving. Don’t backtrack.
Obedience is very important. God wants all men to come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved. At the heart of God’s message is saving of souls so that they may have fellowship with God. This should, therefore, be our motivation for preaching of the word of God.

The difference only come when others let evil overcome them, then they become cold-hearted and go on propagating evil. But God is good. He loves us all. Everyone shall receive according to his works.
Pharaoh’s daughter showed great sympathy to Moses at a very difficult moment when her father was killing Israel male babies. This was a difficult moment, yet her good nature overcame evil and raised a man for God’s glory. She raised a man for God’s mighty works.
Out of the deep of one of the dark days of Israel, she extended her hand to show mercy and raised a man for God.
