Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
Hallelujah. Praise God. We need to learn to concentrate on the joy that is set before us. Every one of us has a joy set before us. The key in this world is to concentrate on the joy that is set
When you concentrate too much on your pain, you fail to see a way out. Always keep moving forward regardless of how painful it might be. The pain you have today is of that level. When you get to the next level, that level will bring its own pain. The secret is not to pay attention to the pain but to pay attention to finding solutions and celebrate your solutions like nobody’s business.
Jesus rebuked Peter when Peter tried to stop Him from going to the cross. On the cross, everybody deserted Jesus. Instead of concentrating on those who left him, Jesus was looking at the joy that was set before Him, He endured the cross. The word endured here means that He was feeling the pain, but He ignored its power and filled Himself with the power of the joy that was before Him.
May you fix your eyes unto Jesus today. May you endure your pain and tap in the joy of the solutions you are finding. In the name of Jesus.
May God bless you, and
Have a blessed day.
Amen
